Whitesand's custom sites are based upon our bFacet framework, but include unique programming for the site. The sites typically combine the graphical design and content of a brochure site and sections of our e-commerce package with custom application design. In addition to the sites highlighted on the right, we have developed several additional sites for customers. Some of these sites are described in brief detail below.

Whitesand developed a case management system for the foster care industry. The application featured several layers of security, custom form design with input validation, the ability to work on multiple cases per user, flexible search criteria, and more.

Whitesand worked with the University of New Mexico Alliance for Transportation Research Institute (ATRI) to develop a web-based application to track and report the Public Transportation Programs Bureau (PTPB) sub-grantee client's trips, systems budgets, and expenses.

Whitesand developed and implemented Home Shopping Networks initial web presence (HSN.com) through its first two years of existence, including site design, hosting, and security. "HSN.com posted $40 million in sales during 2000, its first full year of operation. In a little over a year, HSN.com has gone from having no web presence to attaining traffic and revenue levels more than half those of its better established and larger rival QVC." (eCompany Now, July 2001)

In the past, Whitesand has also worked with Closetmaid to develop a web-based closet designer application, HRDirect.com (Executive Greetings) to develop an on-line catalog and shopping cart system, and Pinch-A-Penny.com to develop an on-line store locator system based upon a customers phone number. We have also worked on private web-based applications for the City and County of Denver, Colorado, Ford Motor Company, and Sandia National Labs.
